WaterStreet’s “Full Service” solution provides you with the technology and service necessary to win in today's marketplace.

 

Full-Service Program Management

 

· System — Real-time, Enterprise system providing full policy and claims administration.  All parties of Client will have appropriate access to full on-line system functionality.

· Policy Issuance — WaterStreet will apply Client’s provided Rates, Forms and Rules to  create a system that performs in accordance with Department of Insurance Regulations, applicable policy rating and issuance functions for all new, renewal, endorsement, cancellation and non-renewal transactions. 

· Premium Billing and Collection — WaterStreet will prepare bills for premiums due and will collect and handle in accordance with Client’s rules.  WaterStreet will disburse funds on behalf of Client for return premiums  - all of which is accomplished in a highly automated environment.

· Commission Handling — WaterStreet will calculate and pay commissions to producers on Client’s behalf. Producer profiles are maintained by client on system. WaterStreet will prepare Federal 1099 tax statements for commission paid to producers.

· Data Access/Reporting to Client — WaterSteet will provide full on-line access (and reports) to Client of all policy, premium, fees, claims and payment information.

· Accounting — WaterStreet will provide the staff, systems and equipment to deliver to Client the following accounting and financial functions:

 

· Posting, balancing and control of premium receivables.

· Accounting and payment of agents’ commissions.

· Issuance, control and accounting for disbursements for premium refunds, commissions and claims.

· Accounting, reporting, payment and collection for reinsurance. Standard reports for accounting as well as  regulatory, statistical, participatory, market conduct, and exposure reporting for cat models and reinsurers.

· Data to support state premium, municipal, 1099 and escheat tax returns.

      

· Third-party services — Any third party services, such as, but not limited to, ISO Services, address validation and geocoding, loss reports, credit reports/scoring, replacement cost estimators, sinkhole determination, flood determination, automated payment options, inspections, investigators, engineers fees and costs, all legal fees, travel expenses for Administrator employees and fees for incidental reports can be integrated into the system and workflow desired by client.
